Bore Gauge Setting Ring / Master Rings
Bore Gauge Setting Rings / Master Rings are precision reference gauges
used
for setting and calibration of measuring instruments such as dial bore gauges,
horizontal
comparators, length measuring machines, internal micrometers, and other precision
measuring
equipment.
These Master Rings are widely used in testing laboratories, calibration
workshops,
and industrial quality assurance applications. They are also used as
High / Low Masters for Air Plug Gauges, providing a reliable reference
for
accurate dimensional inspection and calibration.
-
Master Ring Gauges are available in OHNS Steel, Chrome, Tungsten Carbide, and D2
material with Std/Customized XXX/XX/X/Y/Z/ZZ Classes/Tolerance.
-
Ring Gauges are lapped to size and hand polished to provide superior accuracy,
roundness, cylindricity, and wearability.
-
Manufactured to the high end of specifications to provide maximum wearability
according to customer requirements from Dia. 1.5 - 600 mm Range.
-
Subzero treated at -80°C for Dimensional Stability.
-
Calibrated at 20°C under Standards Room conditions.
-
Gauges are delivered in plastic case, providing anti-corrosion effect and impact
resistance with Calibration Certificate (NABL/NPL Accredited).
