Plain Ring Gauges

Cylindrical Ring Gauges commonly used to check the outer diameter limit of manufactured parts. Strictly adhering to metrological principles, the gauge design separates the testing process flawlessly: the "Go" ring gauge checks the upper limit of the part tolerance as well as geometric form deviations such as Taper, roundness or cylindricity while the NoGo checks the lower limit outer dia.

• Plain Cylindrical Ring Gauges are available in OHNS Steel, Chrome, Tungsten Carbide, D2 material with Std/Customise, XXX/XX/X/Y/Z/ZZ Classes/Tolerance.
• Ring Gauges lapped to size and hand polished to provide superior accuracy and wearability.
• Manufactured to the high end of the specifications to provide maximum wearability according to customer requests from Dia. 1.5 - 600 mm Range.
• Subzero treated at -80°C for Dimensional Stability.
• Calibrated at 20°C under Standards Room conditions.
• Gauges are delivered in plastic case, providing anti-corrosion effect and impact resistance with Calibration Certificate (NABL/NPL Accredited).
