R/C Taper Thread Gauges (BSPT) including ISO 7-R, BSPT, and PT Thread Gauges are designed to inspect internal or external taper pipe threads where pressure-tight joints are made on threads, ensuring accurate inspection of internal, external, or parallel thread joints.

Manufactured in hardened, precision hand-lapped OHNS Steel material to provide superior accuracy, excellent wear resistance, and optimum surface finish.

• Gauges are manufactured as per ISO 7-2, EN 10226, BS 21, and JIS B0253 standards with a Thread Angle of 55°.
• Manufacturing Range: Dia. R 1/16″ to Dia. 6″.
• Subzero treated at -80°C for Dimensional Stability.
• Calibrated at 20°C under Standards Room conditions.
• Gauges are delivered in plastic case, providing anti-corrosion effect and impact resistance with Calibration Certificate (NABL/NPL Accredited).
