Plain Plug Gauges

Cylindrical Plain Plug Gauges are used to check the Hole Diameter limits, whether a processed hole meets the specified size (tolerance) of parts. Can be used for inspection in a GO & NO-GO combination. The Go side made with the minimum value to inspect whether a hole has met the low limit of the specifications and the NoGo side made with the maximum value to check the upper limit of the hole. Whether the Go Gauge enters and NoGo Gauge is unable to enter, the design specifications/ hole tolerance are in acceptable range.

We manufacture Plain Plug Gauges in Steel, Tungsten Carbide, D2 material with Std/ Customise, XXX/XX/X/Y/Z/ZZ Classes/ Tolerance. Gauges manufactured to relevant I.S., B.S. & DIN standards according to customer requests from Ø1 - 400 mm Range.

Plate type Plug Gauges designed to inspect larger diameters (100-400 mm) ensuring light weight/soft operating. We are also specializing in Non-Standard designs such as Extra Lengths, Multiple Diameters, Air Grooves, Pilots, Depth Steps and Relieved NoGo ends.

• Subzero treated at -80°C for Dimensional Stability.
• Calibrated at 20°C under Standards Room conditions.
• Gauges are delivered in plastic case, providing anti-corrosion effect and impact resistance with Calibration Certificate (NABL/NPL Accredited).
