Square or Hex Plug Gauges

Square or Hex Plug Gauges are precision measuring tools used to inspect the dimensional accuracy, straightness, internal polygon geometries and geometric profile of square or rectangular holes, slots, keyways. Can be used in Go No-Go combination to ensure manufactured parts fall within design specific tolerances as well as any geometric form deviations within the profile element. The tip of the gauge is chamfered (C0.1-1.0) depending on the size.

• Manufactured to the high end of the specifications to provide maximum wearability according to customer requests from Ø6 - 300 mm Range.
• We manufacture Plug Gauges in Steel, D2 material with Std/Customise, XXX/XX/X/Y/Z/ZZ Classes/Tolerance.
• Subzero treated at -80°C for Dimensional Stability.
• Calibrated at 20°C under Standards Room conditions.
• Gauges are delivered in plastic case, providing anti-corrosion effect and impact resistance with Calibration Certificate (NABL/NPL Accredited).
