Unified Thread Gauges

Unified Thread Gauges are precision tools used to inspect cylindrical internal or external thread profiles for nuts, bolts, tapped holes, and machined components.

These gauges can be used for inspection in a GO & NO-GO combination. The GO gauge, without using excessive force, should enter and pass through the complete thread length of the part. The NO-GO gauge, without being forced, should not enter the component.

We also specialize in Std/Non-Std dimensions and designs, including thread types such as UN, UNJ, and UNEF (Coarse/Fine/8-Extra Fine) Thread Series, as per custom/specific requirements.

• Gauges manufactured to relevant ANSI B1.2, BS 1580, and BS 919 Thread standards with Std/Customized Thread Pitch, Class, Tolerances, and Fittings.
• Manufactured in OHNS Steel for abrasive materials during high-frequency inspection cycles, and wear-resistant ceramics.
• Manufacturing Range: Dia. 1/16″ to Dia. 12″.
• Subzero treated at -80°C for Dimensional Stability.
• Calibrated at 20°C under Standards Room conditions.
• Gauges are delivered in plastic case, providing anti-corrosion effect and impact resistance with Calibration Certificate (NABL/NPL Accredited).
