Trapezoidal Thread Gauges

Trapezoidal Thread Gauges are manufactured as per DIN 103-9 standard with 7H/7e tolerance class for medium tolerance quality. These precision gauges are used to inspect internal or external characteristic trapezoidal thread profiles.

Trapezoidal Thread Gauges are widely used in heavy mechanical engineering, drive and lifting technology, and high axial force applications, where accurate inspection of trapezoidal thread profiles is essential for proper fit, reliable operation, and consistent quality control.

• Manufactured in hardened, precision hand-lapped OHNS Steel material to provide superior accuracy, excellent wear resistance, and optimum finish.
• Gauges are manufactured as per DIN 103-9 Thread standard with Std/Customized Thread Pitch, 8H/8c Class, and Tolerances. The Thread Angle is 30°.
• Subzero treated at -80°C for Dimensional Stability.
• Calibrated at 20°C under Standards Room conditions.
• Gauges are delivered in plastic case, providing anti-corrosion effect and impact resistance with Calibration Certificate (NABL/NPL Accredited).
