Fix Snap Gauges

Single End Snap Gauges are designed for quick inspection of diameters of cylinders, shafts, bolts, and threads in machining processes. Double End Snap Gauge or H type Snap Gauges are often used to check Height/ Thickness or Width of manufactured parts. We are also specializing in Non-Standard designs such as Groove Snap Gauges to check parts grooves/ undercuts or small widths.

• Manufactured in Steel, Chrome, D2 material with Std/Customise, XXX/XX/X/Y/Z/ZZ Classes/Tolerance.
• Snap Gauges are also available in Tungsten Carbide material for high-volume inspections.
• Manufactured in hardened / Precision hand lapped to provide superior accuracy and optimum finish.
• Manufactured from Dia. 1 - 800 mm Range.
• Calibrated at 20°C under Standards Room conditions.
• Gauges are delivered in plastic case, providing anti-corrosion effect and impact resistance with Calibration Certificate (NABL/NPL Accredited).
