Reversible plain plug gages, are used to inspect a Drill Hole/ Cylinder Bores. When one tip of a reversible gauge gets worn-out or broken, the gauge member/ tip can be flipped, essentially becomes a new gauge. So, the user gets two gauges in one.
Gauge Pins are Hardened, Grind-Lapped to fit and carefully finished giving for improved precision and assuring optimal gage wearability. Equipped with Go NoGo members in different classes, like Class Z, Y, X, XX, & XXX according to ANSI requirements.
Master Pin or Plug Gauges can be used as Single Ended (Go member) or Double Ended (Go NoGo member). Master Pin/ Plug Gauges used to inspect High Accuracy Drill/ Holes with Gauge Tolerance of ±0.0005/ ±0.001 mm.
